Refund policy
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Email hello@designbyarty.com with your order number to begin.
Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of marks or scent, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, wash, or alteration cannot be refunded.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we shipped the wrong piece. We recommend a tracked service. The studio cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in transit.
Once your return reaches the studio, we inspect the piece within two working days. Approved refunds are processed within five working days of receipt and land back on the original payment method. Bank clearing times vary, allow up to ten working days for the refund to show on your statement.
Sale items, custom orders, and pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return.
If a piece arrives faulty, write to hello@designbyarty.com within seven days of delivery with photographs. We will cover return postage and either replace the piece, where stock allows, or refund the order in full.
Exchanges are handled as a refund plus a new order, which keeps things clean for everyone.
