Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from the studio in Watford. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later go out the next working day. Drop launch days run slower, allow up to 72 hours for dispatch during a drop window.

UK orders move on a tracked 3 to 7 working day service. European orders typically arrive in 5 to 10 working days. Rest of world in 7 to 14 working days. Customs clearance and local delivery networks can add time, particularly during peak periods.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders over £150 ship free worldwide.

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the studio. If the tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, the parcel is almost always still moving in the background and a quiet wait usually resolves it.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country. These are not included in the order total.
