These terms govern your use of designbyarty.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are. designbyarty is a graphic apparel studio based in Watford, United Kingdom. The legal entity behind the site is operated by Leon, trading as designbyarty.

Account use. You may browse without an account. To check out you may be asked for an email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for keeping your account details secure.

Pricing and orders. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email, not at the point of payment.

Intellectual property. All graphics, photography, and copy on this site are owned by designbyarty. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any of it without written permission. The garments are sold for personal wear and use only.

Liability. designbyarty's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
